COVID-19 Precautions Taken at Brookside Rehabilitation & Wellness

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Brookside Rehabilitation & Wellness (BRW) follows CDC guidelines as well as the precautions and directions of state and local officials to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Our utmost concern is for the health and well-being of our patients and staff. In furtherance of our infection prevention and control program, we cannot currently provide certain activities and services that we generally offer. However, we are mindful of the considerations that may allow us to relax these restrictions in the future, consistent with state and federal agency guidance, and we are hopeful that we can begin to offer these services again soon.
We appreciate the confidence and trust you have in us to care for your family members. We will keep you informed as we navigate this ongoing situation.
